About the role

We are looking for a candidate with relevant luxury retail sales experience and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers, the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives, and a strong desire to learn about our prestigious timepieces while becoming an essential member of our team.

Responsibilities

• Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of OMEGA’s unique and impeccable range of products and their distinctive characteristics
• Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences that enlighten and offer insights into the ancestry of OMEGA
• Utilize expansive training techniques to engage, inform, and retain a gratified and loyal client base
• Provide a unique and special experience to all clients
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance
• Develop potential clients through clientelling and networking efforts
• Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and clients’ tastes and goals for future purchases
• Assist team members in the sales process as per established boutique protocols
• Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach

Requirements

• 2–5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field
• Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills
• Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
• Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of OMEGA’s collection of timepieces
• Talented negotiation prowess
• Passion for the art of selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week
• MS Office experience is highly desirable
