Accountabilities
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end go-to-market strategies focused on acquiring and engaging SMB customers.
- Leverage AI-driven workflows, strategic partnerships, and outbound initiatives to build scalable growth systems and support executive visibility.
- Identify target customer segments, define ideal customer profiles (ICP), and refine messaging to strengthen market positioning.
- Create qualified sales pipeline through outbound campaigns, strategic partnerships, networking communities, workshops, and industry events.
- Support executive thought leadership by managing personal branding initiatives, speaking opportunities, and strategic content.
- Create scalable AI-powered and agentic workflows that automate outreach, lead generation, and marketing operations.
- Design, document, and optimize GTM playbooks that can be adopted and scaled across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to prioritize growth initiatives, analyze performance, and continuously improve conversion strategies.
- Monitor key pipeline and growth metrics to ensure consistent business development performance.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a highly entrepreneurial B2B growth professional with strong commercial instincts, experience building scalable GTM strategies, and a passion for leveraging AI to improve marketing and sales performance.
- Proven experience leading B2B go-to-market and growth marketing initiatives targeting SMB customers.
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles involving contracts of approximately €24,000 or higher.
- Strong understanding of the complete buyer journey, demand generation, and pipeline development.
- Demonstrated success creating outbound strategies, partnership programs, and executive positioning initiatives.
- AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools, automation, or agentic workflows to improve productivity and scale execution.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and operational discipline.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, including experience supporting executive or founder branding.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with a results-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
