AVP, Central Operations Services

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of Central work team(s) based onshore and offshore across the life cycle of a policy.
• May include process areas such as Submission Intake, Compliance Operations, Workers’ Compensation Services, Motor Vehicle Reporting/Filings, Client Notification, Issuance, Consumer Complaints Handling, Producer Appointments, Claims Adjuster Licensing, Policy Rating, Policy & Endorsement Issuance, Coverage Specific Data Processing, Other Business Operations Support as needed.
• Lead and manage assigned Central Operations teams with focus on production levels, service level agreements, quality, and cost.
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures through continuous improvement and implementation of technology solutions.
• Ensures Service Level Agreements are measured and met throughout delivery team.
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Expertise in LEAN principles and methodology.

Experience managing a portfolio of Operations Centers.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

Ability to work independently under guidance from the VP.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Experience with process improvement and implementation of technology solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in the insurance industry.

Pay

$111,300 - $172,700/year Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.

The schedule for this position is typically full-time.
