AVP, Central Operations Services

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of Central work team(s) based onshore and offshore across the life cycle of a policy.
• May include process areas such as Submission Intake, Compliance Operations, Workers’ Compensation Services, Motor Vehicle Reporting/Filings, Client Notification, Issuance, Consumer Complaints Handling, Producer Appointments, Claims Adjuster Licensing, Policy Rating, Policy & Endorsement Issuance, Coverage Specific Data Processing, Other Business Operations Support as needed.
• Lead and manage assigned Central Operations teams with focus on production levels, service level agreements, quality, and cost.
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures through continuous improvement and implementation of technology solutions.
• Ensures Service Level Agreements are measured and met throughout delivery team.
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives to meet business goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Experience in implementing lean principles and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $111,300 - $172,700/year, with total individual compensation taking into account a variety of factors including geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.

Schedule

The position is full-time and is based in the United States and the Philippines.
