AVP, Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational workflows and resource allocation for underwriting teams
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and efficiency metrics
• Partner with underwriters to resolve process bottlenecks
• Drive process improvement projects, including digital transformations
• Manage quality assurance practices across operations
• Support onboarding and training of operational staff to meet best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations within Casualty or Specialty Lines
• Sound knowledge of P&C insurance products and underwriting processes
• Strong analytical skills, focusing on process mapping and reporting
• Experience in operational process optimization and performance management
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making

Pay

$200,000 – $225,000 annually
