Responsibilities
- Oversee operational workflows and resource allocation for underwriting teams
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and efficiency metrics
- Partner with underwriters to resolve process bottlenecks
- Drive process improvement projects, including digital transformations
- Manage quality assurance practices across operations
- Support onboarding and training of operational staff to meet best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in insurance operations within Casualty or Specialty Lines
- Sound knowledge of P&C insurance products and underwriting processes
- Strong analytical skills, focusing on process mapping and reporting
- Experience in operational process optimization and performance management
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making
