Responsibilities
- Aid in coordinating day-to-day flight operations, including planning and scheduling ground handling for aircraft.
- Provide crewmembers with schedules and address operational conflicts, including assisting with diverted flights and notifying passengers of changes.
- Arrange ground handling at alternate airports and VIP/Executive/Tribal ground transportation.
- Prepare itineraries and travel plans for domestic and international flights, including ramp and time slot reservations.
- Maintain departmental records and monitor aircraft movement to ensure an on-time schedule.
- Schedule routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance and assist maintenance.
- Coordinate SGA VIP guests' ground transportation and complete compliance procedures for Aviation Clearance Forms (ACF).
- Perform monthly OFAC checks of VIP casino passengers and liaise with the compliance department.
Qualifications
- An associate degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of airline management, chartering, or dispatching experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the organizational structure of the STOF, Seminole Gaming, and SHRSS.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of general aviation facility operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Knowledge of flight planning principles, processes, and procedures.
- Understanding of aircraft performance and acceptable airports to operate to and from.
- Ability to organize and plan work while adhering to deadlines.
- Pay strong attention to detail and prioritize multiple work projects.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Operate office machines, computers, and equipment; keep accurate records and reports; perform assignments independently; demonstrate honesty and integrity; establish effective working relationships; function effectively in a fast-paced environment; and handle multiple projects.
- Possession of a Dispatch Certificate, or in the process of obtaining, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in computer software.
