About the role
Implementing a large capital program at an airport is not business as usual and we work alongside airport owners providing advisory services on a myriad of areas related to capital development in an active airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with airport owners to assist in the implementation of large capital development programs
- Must have the unique experience of delivering multi-billion-dollar capital programs as the owner
- Capable of bringing leadership expertise in organizational readiness and development, project delivery methods and benefits, integrated team development, execution planning and oversight, and right-sizing development teams based on complexities of the program
- Well-versed in risk identification and management (before and during development), program controls requirements, budgets/funding, procurement, and governance/decision-making protocols
- Responsible to ensure key stakeholder engagement and management to facilitate successful project implementation
- Provide direct input into business and strategic planning
- Manage capital budgeting and finance
- Travel required
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management (work experience may substitute for degree)
- Registered Architect or Professional Engineer preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Program/Project Management in the Aviation industry
- Ability to work on the Owner’s Side as a trusted advisor, and form/strengthen key client relationships
