About the role

Elit’Avia is seeking a detailed and customer-oriented Flight Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention before, during, and after their flights. You will be responsible for managing flight-related services, proactively addressing client needs, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all flights and ensure consistent communication with clients regarding flight status, restrictions, and operational issues.

  • Proactively inform clients of any operational restrictions or changes, offering alternative solutions as needed to enhance their experience.

  • Ensure timely, clear, and accurate communication with clients via phone, email, or other channels, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience.

  • Independently process flights requests and any additional ancillary services.

  • Arrange additional services such as chauffeur transport, helicopter, and aircraft sub-charter services, ensuring all details are handled efficiently and professionally.

  • Organize flights and services to meet the specific needs of each client, offering tailored solutions and personalized care.

  • Work closely with various departments (Flight OPS, Safety, Dispatch, etc.) to coordinate all flight-related operations and ensure the highest level of service for the client.

  • Assist with managing necessary flight documentation (permits, clearances, licenses) in cooperation with the Flight OPS team to ensure smooth operations.

Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure all necessary documentation for flight operations is procured and tracked, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ElitAvia standards.

  • Collaborate with the Flight OPS, Safety Manager, and Dangerous Goods Manager to ensure the safe transport of hazardous and specialized cargo.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aviation, flight operations, client services, or a related field.

  • Advanced command of English and French, knowledge of further languages is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide professional and high-end support to high-profile clients.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating client needs.

  • Familiarity with flight operations, aviation documentation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficient in using computer systems, flight monitoring tools, and relevant software to manage flight data and client services.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Flexibility and availability for after-hours support as needed.
