About the role

The Store Manager/Manager‑on‑Deck (MOD) oversees overall store performance, ensuring maximum sales, profitability, and excellent guest service. The role includes managing human resources, controlling expenses, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff, set expectations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, interview, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Analyze business trends, develop plans to meet sales and profit goals, and review financial reports.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment upkeep.
• Manage inventory returns and vendor credits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years management or automotive industry experience with a proven record of achieving sales and profit targets.
• Effective team leadership, communication, and goal‑setting skills.
• Automotive technician experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends.
