Automotive Store Manager (MOD)

Role: Store Manager/Manager-on-Deck (MOD) responsible for the overall store performance, including sales, profitability, and operations. Responsibilities People: Set expectations, communicate regularly with employees, conduct training, hold staff accountable, ensure policy compliance, recruit and hire in partnership with HR, and perform performance evaluations.Financials: Analyze business trends, develop plans to maximize sales and meet profit targets, review invoices, and maintain controls over assets and cash handling.Facilities: Ensure store cleanliness and merchandising standards, conduct equipment inspections, and manage parts returns and credits. Qualifications & Skills At least two years of management or equivalent automotive industry experience.Proven success in coaching teams, meeting sales and profit goals, and developing business plans.Optional experience as an automotive technician; valid driver’s license required.Ability to work at least five days, including weekends. Compensation & Benefits: $50,000 to $80,000 annually + bonus and commissions, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement.
