Automotive Store Manager (MOD)

Role & Responsibilities Oversee overall store performance, ensuring maximum sales, profitability, and excellent guest service.Manage human resources by recruiting, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.Communicate expectations clearly, hold employees accountable, and ensure policy compliance.Analyze business trends, develop strategies to meet sales and profit goals, and review financial reports.Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment condition to ensure customer comfort.Handle inventory processes, including returning unused parts and managing vendor credits. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of two years management or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.Proven ability to meet sales and profit targets.Previous automotive technician experience preferred but not required.Valid driver’s license required.Ability to work at least five days, including weekends.
