Automotive Store Manager (MOD)

Role Overview

The Store Manager/Manager-on-Deck (MOD) oversees overall store performance, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability through expense control, human resource management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• People Management: Setting expectations, communicating goals, coaching employees, ensuring policy compliance, recruiting, interviewing, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Financial Oversight: Analyzing business trends, developing plans to meet sales and profit targets, reviewing invoices, and safeguarding assets.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensuring cleanliness, maintaining merchandising standards, inspecting equipment, and managing parts returns.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven success in leading teams, achieving sales and profit goals, and developing strategic plans.
• Preferred background as an Automotive Technician (not mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to work at least five days including weekends.
