Automotive Store Manager (MOD)

Store Manager / Manager-on-Deck (MOD) Responsible for overall store performance, including financial and operational aspects. Ensures excellent guest service, maximizes sales and profitability through expense control, human resource management, and shrink reduction. Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff to meet goals, maintaining compliance with policies. Analyzes business trends, develops plans to meet sales and profit targets, and reviews financial reports to identify growth opportunities. Maintains store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment upkeep. Manages inventory and vendor returns efficiently. Qualifications At least two years of management or automotive industry experience.Experience in team leadership, coaching, and achieving sales and profit goals.Preferred automotive technician background; valid driver’s license required.Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends. Key duties include managing staff, financial analysis, inventory control, customer service, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety standards.
