About the role
This role is the first point of contact for customers scheduling maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work, and it plays a direct role in how customers experience the dealership.Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work across inbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries
- Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed or declined visits
- Conduct outbound calls to support service campaigns, maintenance reminders, and customer retention efforts
- Document customer interactions and appointment details accurately in the CRM/DMS
- Cook up smooth customer handoffs with service advisors and management
- Answer customer questions related to scheduling, service hours, and dealership processes
- Deliver a professional, consistent experience at every customer touchpoint
Requirements
- Prior BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Confident verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone presence
- Comfortable working with CRM and DMS systems
- Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple follow-ups without losing details
- Self-motivated and dependable with consistent attendance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Pay
Competitive pay at $16.50/hourSchedule
Set weekly schedule:- Monday 8:30am-2pm
- Wednesday 12pm-6pm
- Friday 11am-4:30pm
- Saturday 7am-4pm
