Automotive Service BDC Associate

About the role

Earnhardt Ford in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Associate to join the service team. This role serves as the initial point of contact for scheduling maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work, significantly influencing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work via inbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed or declined visits.
• Conduct outbound calls to support service campaigns, maintenance reminders, and customer retention efforts.
• Document customer interactions and appointment details accurately in the CRM/DMS system.
• Cook with service advisors and management to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
• Answer customer questions related to scheduling, service hours, and dealership processes.
• Deliver a professional, consistent experience at every customer touchpoint.

Requirements

• Prior BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Confident verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone presence.
• Comfortable working with CRM and DMS systems.
• Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple follow-ups without losing details.
• Self-motivated and dependable with consistent attendance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay at $16.50/hour.
• Set weekly schedule: Monday 8:30am-2pm, Wednesday 12pm-6pm, Friday 11am-4:30pm, Saturday 7am-4pm.
