Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and schedule service appointments
  • Follow up with customers on upcoming or overdue service needs
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM tracking system
  • Foster positive relationships with teammates, service teams, and dealership management
  • Participate in team and process development sessions to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and ambitious mindset preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong listening and empathy skills to support customer interactions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Minimum of one year of customer-facing service or telephone support experience
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Open to constructive feedback for ongoing growth and development
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
