Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and schedule service appointments
- Follow up with customers on upcoming or overdue service needs
- Maintain accurate records using the CRM tracking system
- Foster positive relationships with teammates, service teams, and dealership management
- Participate in team and process development sessions to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Reliable, self-motivated, and ambitious mindset preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong listening and empathy skills to support customer interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Minimum of one year of customer-facing service or telephone support experience
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Open to constructive feedback for ongoing growth and development
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
