Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers on upcoming or overdue service needs
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM tracking system
• Foster positive relationships with teammates, service teams, and dealership management
• Participate in team and process development sessions to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Reliable, self‑motivated, and driven to succeed
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Strong listening skills and an empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer‑facing or phone‑based support role
