About the role
Neil Huffman Acura is seeking a qualified Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) representative to handle Internet Service Leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention for the service center.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage service appointments
- Follow up with online service appointment leads
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Keep clients informed of current vehicle recalls
- Follow up with clients after services have been performed
- Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Perform filing and warranty-related tasks
- Complete all other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
