EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Sales Consultant (called “Experience Guide”) for its Grand Prairie, TX dealership. In this role you will create a fantastic guest experience throughout the entire car sales process. The position is ideal for a self‑sufficient, resilient individual who enjoys a fast‑paced, fun environment. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with vehicle selection and presentation of protection products.
• Provide clear, transparent options so guests can make well‑informed decisions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure every guest—whether purchasing an automobile or not—receives an unparalleled experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated consultative sales experience.
• Experience in a retail environment.

Pay

Potential annual income ranging from $60,000 to $150,000, consisting of a base salary guarantee with uncapped commission.
