- Provide an exceptional experience to all shoppers in person and online.
- Aid customers in selecting products that meet their needs based on their preferences, not just what’s best for your wallet.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and video.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and lot.
- Utilize apps, AI, and various electronic technologies to enhance customer experiences.
- Build and maintain customer networks within the local community and on social media.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- A strong desire to work with people
- Familiarity with computers, cell phones, and internet-based applications
- An aggressive personality with high energy
- A positive attitude with a proven track record of success
