About the role
Rydell of Independence is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. No automotive sales experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build a successful and rewarding career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities
- Aid customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Learn vehicle features, technology, and product information.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery.
- Learn and apply proven sales and customer service techniques.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals.
- Represent Rydell of Independence professionally and positively at all times.
Requirements

$50,000 - $120,000+ per Year Guaranteed Pay: $3,000 per Month for the First 3 Months
