About the role

We are hiring a Sales Consultant (Experience Guide) for our flagship store in Thornton, Colorado. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a fantastic guest experience in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with vehicle selection and presentation of protection products.
• Provide clear, transparent options to help guests make well-informed decisions.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure every guest—whether purchasing or not—has an unparalleled experience.
• Take pride in your work, celebrate with guests, and contribute to a team that believes in doing things the right way.

Requirements

• Demonstrated consultative sales experience.
• Experience in a retail environment.
• Outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality.
• Commitment to transparency and integrity.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Ability to celebrate small successes.

Pay

$65,000 to $150,000 annually, with a base salary guarantee and uncapped commission.
