About the role

EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Sales Consultant (Experience Guide) for its store in Chesterfield, MO. As an Experience Guide, you will assist guests through the entire car sales process, helping with vehicle selection, presenting protection products, and ensuring a transparent, positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with selection of vehicles
• Presentation of protection products
• Provide clear, transparent options for guests to make well-informed decisions
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure every guest (purchasing or not) has an unparalleled experience

Requirements

• Demonstrated consultative sales experience
• Experience in a retail environment

Pay

$60,000 to $110,000 annually, with a base salary guarantee and uncapped commission.
