Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
- Aid customers in selecting the right new or used vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Deliver professional vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives
- Become an expert on Ford vehicles, trim levels, technology, accessories, financing options, and manufacturer programs
- Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Learn and apply proven automotive sales processes and objection-handling techniques
- Work closely with sales managers and finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Achieve monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up activities
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, wireless sales, call centers, or commission-based sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, coachable, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Willingness to learn vehicle product knowledge, financing, and dealership processes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Pay
- Earn up to $120,000+ per year
