  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic dealership software.

Sales Professional Requirements

  • Proven success as an Automotive Sales Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license.
