About the role
Begin your career as a new car sales professional by enrolling in the FREE California Sales Training Academy, an extension of the New Car Dealer Association San Diego County. This three-day class, instructed by veteran sales professional Robert Heintz (former general manager of multiple local San Diego dealerships), lays the foundation for a rewarding career in the automobile industry. Upon completion, students will have the knowledge to present and sell a car professionally, create referral business, and develop a prospect base. Free job-placement assistance is provided after training.

- No cost to students
- Held at the NCDA Conference & Training facility in Mira Mesa
- Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (with breaks)

Requirements
- Valid US driver license and clean driving record
- Eligibility for a Vehicle Sales License from California DMV
- 18 years of age or older
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to attend class in person in Mira Mesa for three consecutive days
