Automotive Sales Consultant – Acura of Laurel

About the role

All Roads Acura in Laurel, MD is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated by results. This is a fast-paced role with strong growth potential. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, and present vehicle options and packages
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features (valid driver’s license required)
• Follow up with prospects and customers; manage leads through CRM
• Prepare quotes, run credit applications, and complete deal paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles and review features, warranty details, and final documents

Requirements

• High energy with strong communication and customer-service skills
• 21+, valid driver’s license, and insurable by our carrier
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Pay

$50,000–$100,000+ per year (100% commission-based, uncapped)

Schedule

Full-time with flexible scheduling

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full-time with a flexible daytime schedule; occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
