About the role
We're looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGENT to join our Internet Sales Team at FRIENDSHIP of BECKLEY!
Responsibilities
- Talking with vehicle shoppers, answering questions, and providing information over the phone
- Using email, texting, and video communications to support customer requests
- Assisting customers in selecting vehicles and gathering information
- Arranging visits to the dealership for customers interested in purchasing vehicles
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Genuinely enjoy building customer relationships
- Personable, helpful, well-organized, and focused
- Loving to collaborate across teams and enjoy learning new things and improving existing skills
- Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required
