Typical Workday

You’ll spend most of your day on the phone, talking with vehicle shoppers, answering questions, and providing information. You'll also use email, texting, and video communications to support our customer requests while they're considering a purchase.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Genuinely enjoy building customer relationships
• Lovely to collaborate across teams and be personable, helpful, well-organized, and focused
• Enjoy learning new things and improving existing skills
• Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required
