We're looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS (BDC) to join our team at FRIENDSHIP of BRISTOL!
Responsibilities
- Talking with vehicle shoppers on the phone, answering questions, and providing information.
- Using email, texting, and video communications to support customer requests while they're considering a purchase.
Qualifications
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You build customer relationships and enjoy collaborating across teams.
- You are personable, helpful, well-organized, and focused.
- You enjoy learning new things and improving your existing skills.
- Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required.
