About the role

Friendship Automotive is looking for a Business Development Agent to join the Internet Sales Team at Friendship Subaru of Beckley. This role focuses on helping customers through their car buying experience by providing courteous and professional assistance to shoppers.

Your Typical Workday

• Spend most of your day on the phone, talking with vehicle shoppers, answering questions, and providing information
• Use email, texting, and video communications to support customer requests while they're considering a purchase

Qualification Checklist

• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Building customer relationships is something that you genuinely enjoy
• You love collaborating across teams and are personable, helpful, well-organized, and focused
• You enjoy learning new things and improving your existing skills
• Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required
