About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member to handle front office operations, light bookkeeping, and customer-facing counter sales. This is a critical role in keeping our shop running efficiently—accuracy, organization, and communication are non-negotiable. You’ll be the bridge between customers, vendors, and the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Front Office / Customer Service:

- Manage customer files and job documentation.
- Provide basic product recommendations at the counter.

- Receive, scan, and reconcile vendor invoices.
- Process and track accounts payable.
- Pay utilities and recurring expenses.
- Maintain organized financial and job records.
- Parts & Vendor Coordination:
- Look up parts and verify correct applications.
- Source parts and communicate with vendors.
- Track inbound/outbound freight and shipments.
- Shop Support:
- Assist with scheduling and job flow coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail (mistakes cost time and money here).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy.
- Solid communication skills with customers and vendors.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus, not required—but willingness to learn is.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced automotive shop.
- Team-oriented but requires independent accountability.
- No “that’s not my job” mentality—we all pull our weight.
Pay
$16–$22/hour depending on experience.
Schedule
Consistent, year-round work.
