What You Will Do
- Manage and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic to the dealership's website and increase lead generation.
- Maintain accurate online inventory with attractive descriptions and photos.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with online leads and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools and other software systems effectively to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the online sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
What You Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training in sales or marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales or digital marketing role.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
