Automotive Internet Sales Consultant (Experienced)

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries, including phone leads and live text chat.
• Respond to emails and text chats in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Aid customers in selecting vehicles, utilizing industry knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand and apply psychological principles to engage internet customers effectively, scheduling appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to relevant product information resources available online.
• Forward inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of prior internet sales experience in any industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset, eager to improve performance.
• Able to meet sales quotas, close percentages, response times, and appointment metrics.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Passable through pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.
