Automotive Internet Sales Consultant (Experienced)

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Aid customers in selecting vehicles, offering industry knowledge and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Understand and apply psychological principles to engage internet customers effectively
• Direct customers to relevant product information resources
• Transmit inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• In-House Position (NOT Remote)
• At least 6 months of Internet Sales Experience in ANY field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• Ambitious and goal-oriented mentality
• Ability to meet sales quotas and close deals
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Valid driver’s license
