What you’ll do as an Internet Salesperson
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
- Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
- Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person
