About the role

The Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative position at Westlake Financial offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. This role is full-time with full-time benefits and is designed for individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world-class customer service to dealers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with dealers
  • Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US from headquarters office locations
  • Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you
  • Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships
  • Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities
  • Constant and effective communication via phone, email, and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements
  • Provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (preferred)
  • 1-2 years’ previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
  • Clear and effective presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
  • Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams

Benefits

  • Target first year income: $55,000.00 - $130,000.00
  • Self-determined, performance-based compensation package
  • Highest earning potential with no limit on commissions
  • Hourly position, $18.47/hr + performance-based commissions and bonuses
  • Compensation guarantees of $5,000.00 and $4,000.00 monthly for 6 months each
  • Average rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000.00
  • Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,000.00
  • Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $305,000.00
