About the role
Westlake Financial is a leading privately held auto finance company with a focus on expanding its dealer partnerships. The Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative position is a full-time role with full-time benefits, offering a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package.
Responsibilities
- Create and nurture ongoing relationships with dealerships
- Identify and contact sales prospects
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships
- Communicate company products and services to dealership management
- Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for approval
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (preferred)
- 1-2 years’ previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
- High School Diploma required
- College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
- Clear and effective presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
- Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
- Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
Qualifications
