About the role

Westlake Financial is a leading privately held auto finance company with a focus on expanding its dealer partnerships. The Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative position is a full-time role with full-time benefits, offering a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture ongoing relationships with dealerships
  • Identify and contact sales prospects
  • Follow up on leads and referrals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships
  • Communicate company products and services to dealership management
  • Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for approval

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (preferred)
  • 1-2 years’ previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
  • Clear and effective presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
  • Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
