About the Role

Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive F&I professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers through the financing and insurance process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory vehicle purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain financing and warranty options to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Work closely with customers and lenders to secure and finalize vehicle financing agreements.
• Process all necessary paperwork accurately and in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer buying experience.
• Stay informed about current automotive financing products, insurance offerings, and dealership policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) or related sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Familiarity with financial software and dealership management systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a professional appearance.
