Pay

Total Rewards: $111,000 to $303,500 annually, structured with a base salary plus commission. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.
• Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.
• Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.
• Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.
• Participate in store meetings, work with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately.
• Aid Sales Team with customer engagement and follow-up in the sales department during peak traffic times.

What You'll Bring

• Dealership Finance Manager/Business Manager experience
• Must be in a current Finance role in the Auto or RV industry
• Pristine and professional communicator
• Proven track record with the ability to provide current performance metrics
• Strong CSI
• Attention to detail and efficient CIT
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Computer proficiency
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
