Automotive F&I Manager

Sheehy Auto Stores is one of the country's Top 30 Private Dealer groups, representing some of the industry's best brands with over 25 locations. Sheehy Toyota of Stafford is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years or more of stable Automotive Finance experience
• Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds and DocuPad helpful
• Previous Toyota Brand experience helpful
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license
