F&I Manager Automotive

Job Summary

Jim Norton Toyota is seeking a F&I Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have proven F&I experience, strong knowledge of lender programs, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers with transparency and integrity. - Structure deals to ensure profitability while maintaining lender and compliance guidelines. - Secure financing through strong relationships with multiple lenders and banks. - Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. - Maintain and exceed performance goals for PVR, product penetration, and CSI scores. - Partner with sales managers and sales teams to maximize every opportunity. - Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Prior automotive F&I experience preferred. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Professional appearance and strong work ethic. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements. - Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of the position are LIGHT to MEDIUM in intensity. Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time, with visual acuity requirements including color, depth perception, and field of vision comparable to those necessary to drive vehicles safely.
