About the role

An Accounting Billing Clerk will be responsible for completing multiple tasks within the Accounting Department.

Responsibilities

• Bill and audit new and used vehicle deals
• Review deal documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Post vehicle sales and related transactions in Reynolds & Reynolds
• Process license and title transactions accurately and promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Must meet other company requirements for employment, such as background check and drug test

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions

Pay
