About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).

Skills

  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
