Auto Collision Instructor

About the role

This position is for an Auto Collision Instructor at Dickenson County Public Schools.

Responsibilities

- Teach auto collision repair courses. - Maintain certification and licenses including ASE: Paint and Refinishing Certification (Test B Series-B2), OSHA, and Virginia Teaching Licensure. - Lead and motivate students effectively. - Communicate clearly and use computer skills. - Make independent decisions based on established policies and procedures. - Demonstrate leadership qualities and personal/professional characteristics to work effectively with students, teachers, support staff, and parents.

Requirements

- At least two years of successful experience in auto collision repair within the last five years. - Certification and licenses in the field, including ASE: Paint and Refinishing Certification (Test B Series-B2), OSHA, and Virginia Teaching Licensure. - Possession or eligibility for Virginia Teaching Licensure with the appropriate endorsement area(s).
