We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, duties, requirements, qualifications, benefits? There's salary info: "This position starts at a salary of $89,508.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $116,362.00 (GS-12, Step 10)." Also mention locality pay tables, special pay rate charts. So we can include Pay section with that info. Schedule? Not mentioned. Benefits? Not mentioned explicitly. Could include Benefits if any? Not present. So we should not create Benefits or Schedule sections unless content exists. We have "About the role" maybe from summary: Organizational Location etc. Could put that as About the role. Duties section: list duties. Requirements: list requirements (citizenship, selective service, residency, background investigation, drug testing, ethics, E-Verify, bargaining unit). Qualifications: list required experience, education substitution note, etc. Also include Pay section with salary range and note about locality pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Please see announcement on USAJOBS for available locations." etc. Also remove "The open period for this job opportunity announcement may be extended..." maybe keep? It's substantive? It's about open period maybe not needed but could be considered metadata. Might drop as minor metadata. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop that. We need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to keep duties, requirements, qualifications, pay, maybe residency waiver details, probationary period, CTAP/ICTAP, reasonable accommodation, veterans info, etc. Those are substantive. Should we include sections for those? Could be under Requirements or Additional Information. But we must only create headings for sections that have real specific content. We can have sections: About the role (summary), Duties, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Additional Information (maybe). But Additional Information might be vague; better to embed those details under appropriate sections: e.g., residency requirement under Requirements, probationary period under Requirements, CTAP/ICTAP under Requirements, Reasonable Accommodation under Requirements, Veterans info under Requirements. However we must not create headings with filler. So we can have a single Requirements section with all those bullet points. Similarly Qualifications section includes required experience, education substitution note, etc. Pay section includes salary range and note about locality pay and special pay rates. We must not include Benefits or Schedule sections. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information: let's extract.
