About the Role

To act as the front-line ambassador of our organization by managing point-of-sale transactions during sporting events. The role is designed to ensure guests receive a welcoming, efficient, and seamless experience when purchasing tickets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a welcoming, efficient, and seamless experience when purchasing tickets.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least one year of cash handling experience.
• Ability to work on a computer.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in athletics.
• Previous experience working in ticketing.
• Familiar with operating Ticketmaster from a seller standpoint.
