About the role

The Associate with Pricing Experience - Mid-Level position within the renowned Arnold & Porter Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge, high-profile matters in the fraud and abuse and drug pricing areas. Associates will collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas and receive substantial training and mentoring.

Responsibilities

- Provide substantive assistance in drug and fraud and abuse matters, with a focus on drug pricing, including the 340B Program and the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program. - Conduct thorough research, write legal analyses, and develop strategies to address complex regulatory issues. - Independently analyze and solve problems while contributing to team efforts. - Regularly advise trade associations, large pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies, as well as emerging innovator companies, on regulatory compliance and policy.

Requirements

- At least three years of substantive experience in drug and fraud and abuse matters, with a focus on drug pricing. - Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and creatively. - Excellent academic credentials and references. - Currently licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdictions.

Benefits

- Salary range: $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience. - Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
