Associate Transaction Manager

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the implementation of portfolio plans aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with C&W and non-C&W professionals to negotiate business terms for various transactions including leases, sales, subleases, and purchases.
  • Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications.
  • Review and interpret financial analyses.
  • Maintain a database of transaction activity and ensure accuracy of all transaction reports.
  • Present transaction activity to clients.
  • Lead and/or facilitate client meetings.
  • Provide suggestions for process and technical improvements related to the transaction process.
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new team members.
  • May provide supervision for transactional team members and others supporting the transaction activity of the relationship.

Process Management

  • Develop standard forms and procedures.
  • Implement standardized processes and playbooks to enhance efficiency and add value.
  • Measure transactional performance.
  • Affirm the execution of client and broker engagement documentation.

Transaction Management

  • Coordinate field broker selection process.
  • Determine client needs and communicate project parameters.
  • Coordinate negotiations and management of transactions.
  • Coordinate legal reviews of all client leased/owned documents.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting.
  • Resolve landlord/tenant disputes.
  • Coordinate client site visits/market tours.
  • Ensure compliance with state real estate standards.

Strategic Planning

  • Identify occupancy cost opportunities.
  • Support the development of strategic real estate plans.
  • Execute strategies by creating action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in any field; finance/real estate preferred.
  • 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate.

The compensation for this role is $55,250.00 - $65,000.00 annually, depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements. The company does not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
