Headway’s mission is to build a new mental healthcare system accessible to everyone. We automate administrative tasks for therapists and aim to deepen partnerships with health systems, medical clinics, and strategic partners.

About The Role

We are scaling our care partnerships across the US and seeking an Associate Principal, Partner Success (Care Partnerships) to support growing partnerships, build relationships, and generate new opportunities for deeper collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive steering committees and represent Headway externally
  • Build and grow relationships with care partners' teams and leadership
  • Leverage data to generate insights and identify new partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to inform product and operations strategy

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Customer Success or Strategic Customer-facing roles
  • Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to forge meaningful bonds across organizational levels
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive towards outcomes
  • Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers and large volumes of moving parts
  • Desire for an environment that fosters individual growth through open feedback and high autonomy

Benefits

The expected base pay range for this position is $120K - $190K, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level. We offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including:
